We have been advised by Manage My Health that no Te Aranga patients have been impacted by this incident.
The MMH portal is currently turned off and will remain so as MMH continues to investigate the data breach. If you would like us to deactivate your MMH account, please let us know and we can complete this process now. This can be done by providing us with your details, including the email address connected to your MMH account.
The safety and privacy of our patients, whānau, and communities is of utmost importance to us at He Waka Tapu. As a precaution, we have removed access to the Manage My Health service from Te Aranga Health practice and all digital access points until we are confident that the platform is fully secure and operational.
Manage My Health are working closely with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, in partnership with independent forensic consultants, to further investigate the severity of the breach and the data affected.
